Poker is a game of chance played by many people around the world. The objective is to win by making the best hand out of five cards. Several variants of poker are available, including stud poker, draw poker, seven-card stud and community card poker. Each has its own set of rules. One of the most popular stud games is the seven-card stud, which requires players to have the best five-card hand.
Other poker variants involve betting intervals. An example of this is draw poker, where each player is permitted to discard up to three cards.
